Our goal is to ensure your order arrives
in a timely manner. Most orders are processed, produced, matted (if requested), framed (if requested) and shipped
within 3 - 7 business days - and typically arrive a few business days after. Next day
and 2-day express shipping is available, however please note that these
options will not affect processing time. International orders typically arrive
within 6-10 business via USPS Priority Mail.
FOR PRINTS Shipping times range from 1-7 business days depending on location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
We do the utmost to ensure that your prints are
packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. If your prints are damaged, please keep
all packaging and contact us with your order number for further instructions.
Our policy at Robert Vielee Photography, is that we want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for
any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and include your order number and a brief description
of what’s going on. Our office will contact you to see how we can help.
There’s a 15% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged.

Depending on the type of media selected, there may be limitation on how large a print can be made. Kodak Fine Art Paper and Glossy Paper offers prints as large as 70x56 whereas the others may be limited to 50 x 40. The selection of "Style" may also be limited by size as the ability to include a matte may be limited due to the size of the largest matte board that is produced.
